Tonight Nettie Cronish uses organic ingredients from your local store to prepare a new menu of delicious dishes, including Vegetarian Sushi with Avocado, Smoked Tofu, Roasted Red Peppers & Herbs; Red Quinoa Hummus with Cashew Nut Butter; Black Bean Burritos with Corn, Zucchini & Salsa; and Ancho Chili Cranberry Brownies for dessert.
