Earth Day at Nella Cucina

This upcoming Earth Day, April 22nd, I will be celebrating by teaching a 5-course plant-based cooking class at Nella Cucina in Toronto.

CLASS MENU:
·         Muhammara Dip with Grilled Pita

·         Spiced Apricot and Lentil Soup 

·         Hearty Black Bean & Vegetable Burrito’s (vegan or vegetarian options)

·         Dried Cranberry and Toasted Pumpkin Seed Quinoa Salad (pictured)

·         Dark Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bark
